There are 1,800+ realtors in Grand Rapids. Most of them will hand you a Zillow link, drive you to three houses, and disappear after closing. That's not how I work.

I built Living Great In Grand Rapids (@livegreatgr on YouTube) because I got tired of watching transplants land here knowing nothing about the city — making rushed decisions on neighborhoods, schools, and lakes they'd never even seen. So I started filming. Walking tours. Coffee shop reviews. School breakdowns. Real, honest "what's it actually like to live here" content.

Two hundred-plus videos later, my channel is the second-largest real estate YouTube channel in Grand Rapids — on track to hit #1 in 2026.

Why "skeptical people"?

Because the smartest buyers and sellers I work with are the ones who push back. Who ask hard questions. Who don't trust a silver-tongued pitch. Those are my people. I'd rather have one honest conversation than ten manufactured ones.
